Established by the Mother Provincial of the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians, Inc. (MPDMHCI), the Provincial Cooperation for Development Office (PCDO), registered and better known as the Mother Maddalena Morano Educational Foundation of Mary Help of Christians, Inc. (MMMEFMHCI), is a registered nonprofit organization in the Philippines, serving as the primary legal entity and local head of the Salesian Sisters of Don Bosco in the Philippines and Papua New Guinea. We have been dedicated to promoting the development of young people, especially girls and women for decades through impactful programs and services across 17 FMA Communities in the Philippines and Papua New Guinea.
